The Committee also recommended to avoid, such as donuts and cream cheese breakfast rich in carbohydrates. These foods will only make you crash later in the day to leave you too tired to enjoy a special time for your love.

It is also a good idea to drink plenty of fluids such as water. These will help you to maintain hydration and energy, but also better performance and better at night with a loved one full. It also helps to add liquid, and can make things more enjoyable. Avoid drinking too much coffee and tea, and may give you too much energy to enjoy time with your loved one.
The Committee also recommends to eat a lot of unsaturated fats such as olive oil, fish and nuts, as these foods help to create the men and women need hormones. They will give you a more enjoyable sexual health, and health.
