white willow bark is an effective herbal pain relief

What can you do when you have pain, especially on a daily basis, do not want to risk the possible side effects of conventional anti-inflammatory? There is something that works very well, and used for several centuries.

Have used white willow bark over the centuries in both China and Europe. The return of around 400 BC, Hippocrates recommended chewing on the bark to his patients in order to reduce fever and inflammation. The main ingredient in white willow is salicin, which the element itself derived from aspirin.
